On 23 May, the Honorary Consul of Seychelles to Ghana attended the maiden edition of the Otumfuo Art Awards at Manhyia Palace, accompanied by Mr. Emmanuel D’Offay and Ms. Stephanie Latilupe, who represented Seychelles at the prestigious cultural event.
