The Tom Boatin Foundation of Ghana donated books to the Seychelles National Library in memory of Nana Kwame Boatin, Ankaasehene and Kyidomhene of Ashanti.
Exiled to Seychelles by the British in 1900 alongside King Prempeh I, Nana Kwame Boatin lived in Mahé until his passing in 1918. This gesture pays tribute to his legacy and the enduring historical ties between Ghana and Seychelles.
